Coffea Arabica

Coffee Arabica is believed to be the first species of coffee which have been cultivated and currently represents about 60% of the global production. This species originated and was first cultivated in Yemen by thr 12th century. Today coffea Arabica is grown in dozens of countries between the Tropic of Capricorn and Tropic of Cancer. It is also recovered from Mount Marsabit in Northern Kenya and Boma plateau in South Sudan.
C.Arabica takes seven years to mature fully and usually cultivated at an altitude between 1300m to 1500m. Two to four years after planting produces small, white, highly fragrant flower which resembles the sweet smell of Jasmine Flowers.
Arabica beans vary in taste depending on the region where it is cultivated. It can be sweet to taste with fruity notes but can also have cereal or nutty flavor.
The major benefit Arabica coffee is that it having antioxidants like Vit.E which helps to reduce the risk of infections and disease. It can also stimulate blood flow which reduces the appearance of cellulitis, varicose vein, stretch marks, age spots etc. It can act natural detox by removing the dead skin cells from body.
